What is a membrane shell?
A waterproof membrane is a bonded layer applied to the inside of a fabric that prevents water from passing through it, keeping the underlying surfaces dry.
These garments are fully waterproof.
Nano Jacket
- Lightweight waterproof shell

What is a Non-membrane shell?
Our non-membrane shells achieve excellent water resistance through a durable water repellent (DWR) application, ensuring superior breathability without a membrane.
Rainout® Shell
- A lightweight, weather-protective shell designed for running in chilly, wet, and changeable conditions.
- Water Resistance: Effective in light to moderate rain for up to 60 minutes.
- Wind Resistance: Offers excellent wind protection.
- Breathability: Crafted with RAINOUT® fabric, providing market-leading breathability.
- Layering: Versatile, and pairs well with various SOAR tops.
- Weight: 203g (size M).
- Use: Designed for daily training runs.
Winter Anorak
- Heavyweight weather protecting shell.
- Water Resistance: Strong for 60-90 mins in moderate rain.
- Wind Resistance: Outstanding
- Breathability: Membrane free STORM fabric offers superb breathability in all conditions.
- Layering: Brushed inner face means Anorak can be worn directly against the skin or over a base laver in very cold weather.
