Chest: measure underneath the armpits with the tape measure straight around.
Waist: natural waist measurement is taken from above the hips, close to the navel.
SOAR garments are cut close to the body. If you like a looser fit or are between sizes we recommend selecting the the next size up.

The new Dual Run Shorts feature a double-layer construction that brings SOAR Elite-level fabric technology to your everyday running. On the outside, a loose-fitting and lightweight shell fabric covers your legs to mid-thigh, while inside, a mildly-compressive woven fabric – inspired by our ELITE Speed Shorts – offers a close and comfortable fit as well as added support for your quads.
Laser cut hems on both the short outer and liner keep the weight down, and flatlock seams inside eliminate chafing on even your longest sessions. Reflective elements on the thighs help illuminate your outline as you move in low light, and a zipped essentials pocket offers storage for emergency gels or your phone.
