 The tiers:

• 7 to 13h 59m → £25

• 14 to 20h 59m → £45

• 21h+ → £75

After the challenge, upload a screenshot of your running hours (e.g., Strava, Garmin Connect, or Coros) using a link provided via email.

Once you’ve submitted your data, sit back and relax—we’ll email your unique code within a few days.
