What got you into running? And what keeps you doing it?
I ran at school, did well and loved competing for the school and Surrey in xc events. I love the feeling of freedom as I run, I can go from anywhere, anytime.

What is your typical training routine?
Easy jog or some yoga to warm up, then usually a 10k - 10 mile off road run, always a static stretch after and more yoga.

Do you run with a club or a group?
Usually just me or a friend. 

Where's the strangest place you've run?
Around a closed business park.

What song, if any, is guaranteed to make you run faster?
Guns n Roses, Sweet Child o Mine.

Do you run for the fun of it? Or for the results?
Both! 

What is the best bit of advice you've had from another runner?
For marathon running it was "slow start, strong finish". 

What simple advice would you give to a new or novice runner?
Start with regular short runs, and increase miles and intensity gradually. 

What is your favourite piece of SOAR kit?
My Fenn Shell Jacket.
