What got you into running? And what keeps you doing it?
I did a race when I was eight and did quite well, after that my Dad started taking me to Hereford Athletics Club. These days I run for fitness, mental wellbeing and because it's the quickest form of transport across London.
What is your typical training routine?
Usually it's one track session a week with a quick-ish 10 mile run and any other bits I can get in. However, the Soar 6 has upped this, to training 6 times a week, which has been a challenge.
Do you run with a club or a group?
Wimbledon Hercules and the Soar 6.
Where's the strangest place you've run?
A cemetery in Munich, it had a great outer loop.
What song, if any, is guaranteed to make you run faster?
I'm a purist, no running with music.
Do you run for the fun of it? Or for the results?
More for fun and fitness, although I would like to do a sub 3 hour marathon.
What is the best bit of advice you've had from another runner?
How to stretch different parts of your hamstring by moving your foot up and down.

What is your favourite piece of SOAR kit?
The Race Shorts. Short but no too short.
