About the Role
The Customer Service Executive will join the company to manage and drive customer service, primarily for the D2C business as well as supporting in B2B sales and customer service.
For D2C, the role will be responsible for all customer service-related communication, supporting both pre and post-sale enquiries. The role will also be responsible for supporting sale-related operations such as returns, refunds, exchanges and stock management. This will require the role to work closely with our 3rd party 3PL centre as well as across departments with both the e-commerce and production team.
This role will also support the B2B business with account management. This will include supporting order management and fulfilment, logistics, and general sales service support.
This role will require problem solving, good time management, organisation and attention to detail. This role provides the opportunity to join a fast-growing brand, at the centre of selling and operations. This role will have the opportunity to grow with the business and implement the necessary processes, workflows and solutions to help scale the business.

About the Role
The E-commerce Manager will join the company to drive global direct-to-consumer sales via the website. Combining strategic thinking with real-world execution the candidate will be empowered to take SOAR's direct-to-consumer web sales - and experience - to the next level. The role will have wide-reaching capacity to develop and implement e-commerce sales and audience growth plans. A track-record in similar roles is a must, as is experience working with both premium brands and the sportswear/fashion industry. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, sales forecasting, planning and merchandising experience. As well as experience in developing on-line and off-line marketing campaigns that yield ecommerce success in sales, traffic and conversion - all key requirements of the position.

The Digital Marketing Executive will work closely with the Creative Content Manager, CMO and wider marketing team to optimise, service and develop SOAR’s entire digital output. This will include managing website content (editorial and ecommerce), email campaigns, social media assets, digital advertising output, as well as developing marketing campaign assets and supporting the wider sales and marketing functions as per their on-going asset needs.
