How do I contact SOAR Running?
Please email enquiries@soarrunning.com and one of the team will respond within 48 hours. We also offer a live chat option from our website during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 -17:30 UK time).
Do you have a shop?
You can shop the range, try pieces on, meet the team and receive in-person advice from the SOAR Showroom at 107 Clifton Street, EC2A 4LG, London [map]. If there is a specific item you are looking for, please email us at enquiries@soarrunning.com ahead of time, and we will do our best to make sure it is here for your visit.
Please note we only accept card payments.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards. We also offer PayPal, Google Pay and ShopPay.
Can I reserve an item?
Due to high levels of demand, we are unable to reserve items. Please contact us if you have any questions, our team are all experienced runners and here to help you decide which is the right piece of kit for your needs.

Do you sponsor athletes?

Can I combine promotional codes?
We only accept one promotional code per order.
Where is my 10% welcome discount?
You will receive an email with your 10% welcome discount code once you have entered your email address on the website. Occasionally it goes to the junk mailbox, so please check there. It can take up to 15 minutes to arrive. If you do not receive it, please contact us. Please note we can’t retrospectively apply this once an order has been made.
Can a discount code or promotion be retrospectively added?
We cannot retrospectively add promotional codes, if you have a code please be sure to add it before purchasing.
Do you have any stockists?
We’re stocked by selected partners around the world. Please email us at enquiries@soarrunning.com and we can check who your nearest stockist is.
What is your returns policy?
We offer free global returns for most countries within 28 days, take a look here at our returns page which outlines our policy and process in full.
What is the 1 Month Guarantee?
If you aren’t satisfied after running for up to 1 month in a SOAR garment you can return it to us for a full refund. Full details of the 1 Month Guarantee can be found here.
Can I still return an item under the 1 Month Guarantee after 28 days?
Items purchased beyond our 28 day returns period may be refunded under our 1 Month Guarantee policy. We request customers post the item at their own expense to our warehouse, and contact enquiries@soarrunning.com regarding their claim no more than 31 days after initial delivery of the item:

Where is my refund/exchange?
Returns take approximately 3 business days to arrive back at our warehouse. Once our warehouse team check in your return, your refund/exchange should arrive in 1-5 business days.
Why isn’t the returns link working with my order number?
When using the returns page please ensure that you remove the ‘#’ from your order number. Your order number should begin with ‘SOAR’ and is then followed by a sequence of numbers. If you are still having issues, please email us at: enquiries@soarrunning.com
Can I return a product bought at a sample sale?
We are unable to refund or exchange any items bought from any of our sample sales.
Where do you ship to? What are your shipping rates?
We ship to runners all over the world. All the information on our global shipping service and partners can be found here.
Can I combine multiple orders?
We are unable to combine shipping of orders that have been placed at different times. Please be sure to order all products in one go if you would like to receive only one shipment.
Can I cancel an order after it has already been placed?
Once an order has been placed we are unable to change it, however, we do offer free global returns, with the exception of:

Australia
Japan
South Korea
Mexico
Malaysia
The return cost from these countries is £20.
We use either FedEx or DHL for international returns depending on your location.
If I am based in Europe, will I have to pay for the duties and taxes?
We want you to be sure about shipping costs at point of order with no surprises. For more information about our shipping guidelines into Europe and the Rest of the World please take a look here.
Where is my parcel?
It typically takes between 1-5 business days for our parcels to be received by our customers. On
odd occasions, delays may occur due to adverse weather, customs, postal strikes, or other unforeseeable events.
If it has been longer than 5 business days, please email us with your SOAR order number at enquiries@soarrunning.com and our warehouse team will investigate within 1 to 3 business days.
Do you offer repairs?
We hope you will use your SOAR garment for many, many miles and we do offer a repair service; further information can be found here.
I am in between sizes, what do you recommend?
Depending on the product, we typically advise customers to size up. If you are still unsure, please contact our team via the live chat or email us at enquiries@soarrunning.com.
Where can I find your sizing information?
Sizing charts can be found on each of our product pages, located below our product description.
How should I wash my SOAR kit?
Wash your SOAR garments on a cool wash at 30 degrees Celsius and hang them up to dry. Full instructions can be found on our product pages under the care instructions section.
Grangers Wash is recommended for most items, and Grangers 2 in 1 for all waterproof products. When drying your SOAR kit please avoid ironing when wet and tumble-drying products, to prevent damage and pilling. We advise air drying our garments because it is kinder to the fabrics and better for the environment.

What do I do if a product is sold out?
If the piece you are looking for is no longer available, you can add your email to the “notify me of restock” button which can be found below the “sold out” message. We’ll get in touch as soon as it’s back in stock.

Where are your products made?
The majority of our garments are crafted in Europe, primarily Portugal, Italy, and Lithuania with a small manufacturing base in China making the remainder.
