What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, plus PayPal, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Can I reserve an item?

Due to high demand, we’re unable to reserve items. If you need help choosing the right piece or size, our team is happy to advise.

Can I combine promotional codes?

Only one promotional code can be used per order.

Where is my 10% welcome discount?

You’ll receive your welcome code by email after signing up. Please allow up to 15 minutes and check your junk folder. Discount codes can’t be applied retrospectively.

Can a discount code or promotion be retrospectively added?

Unfortunately, discount codes can’t be applied once an order has been placed.

What is the 1 Month Guarantee?

You can run in your SOAR kit for up to 31 days and return it for a full refund if you’re not satisfied.

Can I return under the 1 Month Guarantee after 31 days?

Claims must be made within 31 days of delivery. Items returned after this period may not be eligible for refund.

Where is my refund or exchange?

Returns usually arrive back at our warehouse within 3 business days. Once checked in, refunds or exchanges are processed within 1–5 business days.

Can I return items purchased at a sample sale?

Sample sale items are final sale andcan’tbe refunded or exchanged.

Can I combine multiple orders?

We are unable to combine shipping of orders that have been placed at different times. Please be sure to order all products in one go if you would like to receive only one shipment.

Can I cancel an order after it has already been placed?

Once an order has been placed we are unable to change it, however, we do offer free global returns, with the exception of:

Israel

Phillippines

Singapore

UAE

Taiwan

Greece

Australia

Japan

South Korea

Mexico

Malaysia

The return cost from these countries is £20.

We use either FedEx or DHL for international returns depending on your location.

I am in between sizes. What do you recommend?

Depending on the product, we generally suggest sizing up. If unsure, contact our team for guidance.

What do I do if a product is sold out?

Use the “Notify me when back in stock” option on the product page, and we’ll email you when it’s back in stock.

Where are your products made?

Most SOAR garments are crafted in Europe, primarily in Portugal, Italy, and Lithuania, with a small number produced in China.
