1. Subscribers

If you sign up to our mailing list, we collect your name, email address, and (optionally) your gender preference. You’ll receive occasional emails about product launches, events, exclusive offers, and stories from SOAR HQ.

You opt in explicitly, and you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails.

We do not sell or share subscriber data. Our IT providers may access this information to help us manage campaigns and personalise your experience. Your IP address may be logged for performance monitoring and technical optimisation.

2. Customers

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and billing and delivery addresses. This is used solely to fulfil your order; process returns or exchanges and support your customer record.

We do not store or access your payment details. All transactions are securely processed via trusted payment partners, including major card providers and express checkout services such as PayPal, Shop Pay, and Google Pay.

If you use Klarna at checkout, your data may be passed to Klarna to assess eligibility, read Klarna’s privacy policy.

We work with trusted technology and logistics partners to operate our store and fulfil orders efficiently. This includes Shopify (store platform), Global-e (international checkout and payments), and Haul + Store (fulfilment). Your data is only shared with these partners where necessary to process and deliver your order.

Subscribing to marketing emails is optional at checkout. You will not be added to our mailing list unless you opt in.

3. Your Rights
