Shipping
UK Orders
All UK orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.
International Orders
For orders outside the UK, we work with Global-e, a trusted international fulfilment partner that makes shopping from abroad seamless.
At checkout, prices are shown in your local currency with duties and taxes included where available. Global-e also handles delivery and customs clearance.
Duties & Taxes
We ship to most countries on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means no surprise charges at the point of delivery.
DDP is available in:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and others.
In countries not covered by DDP, duties and taxes may be shown at checkout or due on delivery. These options will be clearly displayed before you pay.
Carriers
We ship with Evri, Royal Mail, DPD, DHL and FedEx, depending on your location and selected delivery method.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you’ve placed an order in error, email enquiries@soarrunning.com as soon as possible.
If your order is still in processing, we’ll try to stop it before dispatch.
If it has already shipped, you can either place a new order and return the original or wait to receive it and begin a return.

International Shipping
We ship globally using standard & express services from 2-3 working days.
If you select a shipping destination outside of the UK, then your order will be fulfilled by our international partner Global-e. Global-e will be the company that you contract with for any such order and the Global-e Terms and Conditions will apply to your order.
Global-e will take payment for your order and will be the exporter of record and their carriers will deliver your order.
Global-e is an international e-commerce & fulfilment provider that allows customers to shop SOAR globally as if they were shopping in their local territory.
Global E converts all prices into local currency, as well as including any duties and taxes, removing the hassle of additional late duty and tax bills.
When shopping internationally the payment checkout stage is powered by Global-e and Global E / SOAR will show on your transaction statement.
To most markets, goods are dispatched on a DDP (delivery duty paid) basis, which means you won’t need to pay additional charges at the checkout or point of delivery. The countries where this service is available are:

In all other markets the prices will not account for tax and duties on orders over a threshold; these will be communicated at checkout and you will have the option to either pay the additional charges when placing the order, or at point of delivery.

Returns
Return within 31 days of receiving your parcel for a refund or exchange.

We are unable to accept any returns made outside of this system unless authorised prior to sending by a member of the SOAR team.
You can return your unworn kit for a refund or exchange within 31 days of receiving your parcel.

6. Your new piece of kit will be sent out or your money refunded.

Exchanges:
Exchanges within the UK are Free
You can exchange an item on a like-for-like basis for a different size or colour should we have stock.
If the original item isn’t right and you would like a different product altogether, we can exchange that item to the new item but will require payment for any price difference in the items. Should the item be of lesser value than the original purchase, we will provide you with store credit. This will require email communication with a member of the SOAR team.
Refunds:
We will refund your item less the original postage paid. Returns are to be made within 31 days.
You will receive your refund within 5 business days after the receipt of your returned goods at our warehouse. This is to allow time for our warehouse to check the goods back in and for us to process the refund.
You will receive an email notification when the refund has been processed. Please do check your junk email.
Depending on your payment method, there can be a delay between the email notification and the refund monies showing in your account. This is due to the bank processing times. Please rest assure if you receive a refund notification from us, your refund is on its way back to you.
Refund to Gift Card:
Choose the return to gift card option.
Once your parcel has been scanned, our system will send your gift card. Please check your junk email.
We will issue you a digital gift card worth the value of the item plus 10% (e.g. if the item being returned is £100, your gift card will be for a total of £110).
You can shop using your digital gift card whilst your return is in transit back to us.

Exchanges:
We are currently unable to offer exchanges to purchases made outside the UK.
We require customers to return the original item/order to us and purchase again.
We will refund the purchase/order amount less the postage amount. Please check the Shipping & Delivery section above for return shipping costs.
Refunds:
We will refund your item less the original postage paid. Returns are to be made within 31 days.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, contact us and we’ll put it right.
Long-term wear and tear doesn’t count as faulty, a shirt that’s run 1,000 miles belongs in the hall of fame, not on a return slip.
